Repair ASAP LLC replaces bathroom and kitchen fixtures like-for-like in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island: a new faucet, toilet or sink on the existing exposed shut-off valves and the existing trap and drain, with no piping changes. We also replace toilet tank parts (fill valve, flush valve, flapper), screw-on and handheld showerheads, grab bars and bathroom accessories, and re-caulk tubs and sinks.
We do not do plumbing work. Shut-off valves, traps, drains, garbage disposals, shower and tub valves and cartridges, leaks at valves or pipes, and any new or changed piping are done by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber. If your photos show the job needs one, we tell you before anything is booked.

Fixture Replacement FAQ
A straight faucet swap on shut-off valves that turn runs $175–$255, a like-for-like toilet swap on the existing shut-off and flange runs $220–$315, and a same-size sink swap runs $245–$325. Tank repairs (fill valve, flush valve, flapper) start at $185. There is a $150 work minimum; prices are for labor, plus NY sales tax where applicable. A $99 on-site assessment (plus sales tax) is available separately and is credited toward approved work done within 30 days — longer when agreed in writing in advance.
We do like-for-like replacement on what is already there: faucets, toilets and sinks on the existing exposed shut-off valves and the existing trap and drain, with no piping changes, plus toilet tank parts (fill valve, flush valve, flapper), screw-on or handheld showerheads, grab bars, bathroom accessories and caulking. Most leaks are at a valve, a trap or concealed piping, which is Licensed Master Plumber work, so we do not offer leak repair. If water is coming out now, close the fixture's shut-off valve and call your building superintendent or a NYC Licensed Master Plumber. Once the plumbing is fixed, we can help with the drywall, tile, caulk and paint around it.
Yes, when it replaces an existing faucet like-for-like: the same hole layout, shut-off valves that turn and hold, and a drain that lines up. We check hole count, mounting style and the valves from your photos first.
Disconnecting the existing toilet, a new wax ring or seal and closet bolts, setting the new toilet on the existing flange, connecting the supply line to the existing shut-off valve, and a leak test. A damaged flange, a stuck or leaking shut-off valve, or a drain problem is work for a NYC Licensed Master Plumber. Haul-away depends on building rules.
