Every washer installation includes hoses from the existing washer valves, the drain hose into the existing drain, leveling, leak testing, and a full cycle test. A new or replaced valve, a drain change or any new supply line is done by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber.

We check the washer valves, hose condition, drain hose fit, floor level, vibration clearance, and whether the washer door or lid has enough room to operate after the unit is pushed into place.
If the valves are seized, the drain is too low, or the appliance closet is too tight, we explain the options before forcing the unit into a setup that may leak or shake during the spin cycle.

What May Cost Extra
Replacement hoses, a drain pan, haul-away, tight-access labor, and stair or elevator handling are quoted separately. Damaged valves or drains are replaced by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber; flooring or cabinetry repairs are separate quotes.
What Must Be Ready Before Arrival
Have the washer and approved hoses on site, clear the delivery path and laundry area, and make both existing valves, the drain, and the outlet accessible. Share building, elevator, and COI requirements before scheduling.

A standard top-load swap on the existing hookup runs $165–$220 when the valves, drain, access and model fit; stackable or tight-closet setups are quoted after model and space review. There is a $150 work minimum, and prices are plus NY sales tax where applicable.
Do you connect water supply lines?
Yes, hoses from the existing washer valves when they are accessible and in usable condition. If a valve is seized or the drain setup does not fit, replacing it is a NYC Licensed Master Plumber's job, and we flag that before forcing the connection.
Can you install a stackable washer?
Yes, when the washer, dryer, stacking kit, closet clearance, floor level, and building rules are compatible. Send model numbers and closet photos before booking.
What should I send for a fast washer installation quote?

Do you remove the old washer?
We can disconnect and move your old unit when access is safe. Haul-away can be arranged for an additional fee after scope review.
