What drives the price
- Faucet type: single-hole, centerset, widespread and wall-mount all mount differently.
- Shut-off valves: a valve that will not close has to be replaced before the faucet comes off.
- Access: pedestal sinks and tight vanities take longer than an open kitchen base.

Actual work starts at the $150 minimum. Can you replace a faucet if the shut-off valves are stuck?
Often yes, by replacing the valve as a separate line. If the building main has to be shut, we coordinate that with your super before the visit.
