The $99 is credited toward approved work done within 30 days — longer when agreed in writing in advance. Example: a $150 job after a $99 assessment means you pay the $51 difference plus tax.

Materials, fixtures and appliances carry their manufacturers' warranties, if any — ask us for the manufacturer's warranty before purchase. Nothing in this statement limits your rights under applicable law. Work completed before September 28, 2026 keeps the guarantee stated in its contract or invoice.

Yes. Repair ASAP LLC holds NYC DCWP Home Improvement Contractor License No. 2137199-DCWP and carries general liability insurance with COI support for buildings. You can verify the license with NYC DCWP.
The HIC license does not cover plumbing, electrical or gas work, and Repair ASAP does not do that work: it is done by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber or Licensed Master Electrician. We tell you from your photos when a job needs one.
We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. Most of our work is concentrated in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and travel is confirmed with the quote. We do not take work in the Bronx. We do not take new jobs on Long Island.
No — our technicians arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools. If specific materials are needed (paint, fixtures, parts), we'll discuss and source them for you, or you can provide your own.
