Yes! We recommend starting with a free remote estimate — it's the quickest way to understand costs.

  • Send photos + a short description via chat, contact form, or email
  • We'll provide an estimate at no charge
  • No obligation to proceed

If a remote estimate isn't possible, or you prefer an on-site assessment, there's a $99 initial service fee. This covers:

  • Technician travel to your location
  • On-site assessment and detailed quote
  • Diagnostic testing where needed (meter or leak check)

If you approve a larger job based on the on-site quote, the $99 is fully credited toward your total.

We provide a transparent, itemized quote before work begins after reviewing the scope, access, photos, and materials.

  • A $150 minimum applies for any repair or installation work; a $99 on-site assessment visit is available separately and credited toward the job
  • Prices shown are for labor — NYC sales tax (8.875%) is added where applicable; some capital-improvement installs are exempt with Form ST-124
  • Material costs are quoted separately and approved by you in advance
  • Final price depends on complexity, access, and time required

No prepayment required. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
