Shut-off valves, traps, drains and any new or changed piping are done by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber. Countertop cutting is a fabricator's job.

Do you replace undermount sinks?
Yes, into the existing countertop opening when the clips, support, adhesive surface and sink weight are compatible and the existing drain and valves are reused. Stone cutting or countertop modification is a fabricator's job.
Can you install a sink where there is not one, or move it?
No. A new or moved sink needs new supply and drain piping, which is done by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber. We replace an existing sink in the same spot.
What if the trap or drain needs work?
A new trap, drain assembly or drain change is Licensed Master Plumber work. We reconnect the sink to the existing trap and drain as they are.
Do you remove the old sink?
We can disconnect and remove the existing sink when the scope is approved. Haul-away depends on building rules, disposal access, and the quote.
What should I send for a sink quote?
