Most toilet replacement in NYC is a one-visit, like-for-like swap on the existing shut-off valve and closet flange: the old unit comes out, a new wax ring and closet bolts go in, and the base is sealed and leak-tested before we leave. An approved swap covers disconnecting the old toilet, a fresh wax ring or seal, new closet bolts, the supply line from the existing shut-off valve, base caulking, and multi-flush leak testing. Standard round, elongated, comfort-height, dual-flush, skirted and one-piece models are on the list. If your toilet only runs, a fill valve, flush valve, flapper or tank hardware swap is often the cheaper fix.
We do not do plumbing work. If your photos show a cracked flange, a stuck or leaking shut-off valve, a hidden leak, a stack issue, or anything that means altering pipe, that part is done by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber, and we say so before booking. Wall-hung toilets on in-wall carriers, bidet seats and smart toilets are Licensed Master Plumber work too.

What toilets do you replace?
Standard round, elongated, comfort-height, dual-flush, skirted and one-piece toilets, as a like-for-like swap on the existing shut-off valve and closet flange. Wall-hung toilets, bidet seats and smart toilets are Licensed Master Plumber work.
Can you fix a running toilet?
Yes. A new fill valve, flush valve, flapper, handle or tank hardware is often the cheaper fix, and we will tell you that instead of selling you a new toilet.
What if the flange, floor or shut-off valve is damaged?
A damaged flange, a stuck or leaking shut-off valve, or a drain problem is work for a NYC Licensed Master Plumber, and a soft floor has to be repaired first. We tell you from your photos before anything is booked.
Do you remove the old toilet?
We can disconnect and remove the existing toilet when the scope is approved. Haul-away depends on building rules, disposal access, and the quote.
What should I send for a toilet quote?
Send a photo of the existing toilet, the new toilet model link, a photo of the shut-off valve, the floor around the base, the rough-in distance if known, disposal needs, and any building or COI requirements.
