Yes, when the sleeve, exterior grille, dimensions, drainage, wall condition, and existing outlet are compatible with the replacement unit. New wall openings or facade changes need separate approval and scope review.
Do you handle the electrical for through-wall AC?
No. The unit plugs into the existing receptacle, so we check the unit's plug against the outlet that is already there before booking. New outlets, 220V/240V changes, dedicated circuits and any other electrical work are done by a NYC Licensed Master Electrician.
