General Approach to Estimates & Service Fees:

We always recommend starting with a free remote estimate. Simply send us photos or a detailed description of the job, and we'll provide an estimate at no charge.

Initial On-Site Service Fee: $99.

This fee applies if a remote estimate isn't possible or if you prefer an on-site assessment. It covers the technician's travel and:

• An on-site assessment and detailed quote for more extensive work, OR
• The completion of very minor, pre-agreed quick tasks (e.g., fixing a loose shelf, assembling a very small item) expected to take only a few minutes.

Fee Credited:

If you approve a larger job based on our on-site quote, the $99 Initial On-Site Service fee is fully credited towards the total cost of that job.

All "Pricing (Starting From)" listed below for specific services are estimates for the total job cost and already factor in that an initial on-site visit may have occurred.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

After booking online or by phone/text, you’ll receive an SMS or email confirmation with the scheduled time, service address, and key details.
