Initial On-Site Service Fee: $99.
This fee applies if a remote estimate isn't possible or if you prefer an on-site assessment. It covers the technician's travel and:
- An on-site assessment and detailed quote for more extensive work, OR
- The completion of very minor, pre-agreed quick tasks (e.g., fixing a loose shelf, assembling a very small item) expected to take only a few minutes.
Fee Credited:
If you approve a larger job based on our on-site quote, the $99 Initial On-Site Service fee is fully credited towards the total cost of that job.
